A Peer Mentoring Sucess Story
As 2017 begins, there is no better time to refresh your fundraising skills, build new professional connections, and jumpstart your career.
One of the best ways to accomplish these goals and many more is to join AFP Chicago's Peer Mentoring Program. If you're not familiar with AFP Chicago's Peer Mentoring Program, as a free benefit of membership AFP Chicago's Peer Mentoring Program pairs Protégés (fundraising professionals with less than 5 years of experience) with a Mentor (a seasoned fundraising professional) for one year.
While there are many benefits from participating in AFP Chicago's Peer Mentoring Program, we would like to share a couple with you experienced by a current Peer Mentoring Match between protégé Sarah van Loon, Assistant Director at AJC Chicago and mentor Morgan Henington, Chief Development Officer at Holy Name Cathedral.
